What's Being Studied?

We’re studying how yerba mate’s natural caffeine profile—combined with different sugar levels—may shape the way people feel and function during the day. By comparing three canned yerba mate formulations, the research looks at patterns in mood, perceived well-being, energy, and alertness over time, and how these effects differ from person to person in real-world routines.
