This study looks at whether a daily salmon protein supplement called ProGo® may help support body profile measurements and overall wellbeing during menopause. It's a fully remote study, so you can take part entirely from home. Over 18 weeks, you'll take a daily study product and share simple measurements and surveys about how you feel.
Each day you'll take your assigned study product, which may be ProGo® or a placebo. You'll record weekly body measurements, complete short surveys about your wellbeing, wear an activity tracker, and collect two at-home finger-stick blood samples. All check-ins happen digitally, so there are no clinic visits.

The study measures changes in BMI and menopause-related quality of life, along with markers like waist measurements, sleep, activity, and simple health indicators from your blood samples. ProGo® is a salmon protein supplement, and researchers want to learn whether it may support body profile metrics and wellbeing during menopause. This information helps build a clearer picture of how the supplement affects everyday health.
