Join a 24-week virtual study evaluating how a non-invasive, wearable device affects pelvic pain, mood, and sleep in people with endometriosis. This study will help researchers understand how at-home neuromodulation might support daily well-being and reduce discomfort.
You’ll use the device for 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for 12 weeks. During the study you’ll complete brief daily surveys on pain, sleep, mood, and activity, plus occasional questionnaires on anxiety, depression, sleep quality, and quality of life. You may also choose to share data from a wearable device. You’ll continue your usual medications and routines. After the 12-week treatment period, there’s a 12-week follow-up with a short end-of-study survey to assess ongoing effects.
Complete a short screening questionnaire through our online platform to confirm eligibility for the study. If eligible, you’ll review the study details and sign an electronic consent form through the Alethios platform.
Confirm your diagnosis of endometriosis by a qualified physician, via: laparoscopic surgery with biopsy-proven endometriosis, OR clear evidence of ovarian endometrioma or deep infiltrating endometriosis on ultrasound/MRI
Use the device 20 mins a day, 5 days a week, for 12 weeks and complete daily and weekly surveys.
Adherent participants will receive two Amazon gift card payments, issued at month 3 and month 6.
