Participants will take a daily study supplement for 6 weeks, complete short digital questionnaires about knee comfort and daily activities, wear their smartwatch, and complete a few simple at-home movement tasks. Some participants will also complete optional at-home saliva collections.
Complete a short screening questionnaire through our online platform to confirm eligibility for the study. If eligible, you’ll review the study details and sign an electronic consent form through the Alethios platform.
Complete baseline demographics and attitude assessment, connect your wearable device (Fitbit, Oura Ring, Apple Watch, Garmin and Whoop), confirm your consumption instructions, and begin your daily tracking the next day.
Complete tasks and surveys on your Alethios dashboard as they appear.
After completing all study requirements successfully, participants will receive a $75 Amazon gift card and access to their individual study data
This study is evaluating whether a daily olive oil extract containing naturally occurring compounds can support knee comfort, stiffness, and physical function in adults with ongoing knee discomfort. Researchers will also look at daily activity levels and short-term changes in symptoms after taking the supplement.
