Join our 12-week program to explore how a structured guided care approach — including a 1:1 consultation with a women's health clinician and optional at-home neuromodulation — supports mood, cognitive function, and work performance in people experiencing hormonal health symptoms.
After enrolling, you'll have a short call with a women's health clinician who will review your symptoms, discuss your care options, and help you get started. From there, you'll track your symptoms daily through a simple app, complete questionnaires at three points during the study, and optionally use the Lutea™ device — a small wearable headset that delivers gentle stimulation to support mood and cognitive function. The device is shipped to you at no cost, and if you complete the program, it's yours to keep.
Your Study Kit will be shipped to you once you complete your Onboarding Activities, such as surveys and connecting your wearable. Your final Onboarding Activity will be to confirm receipt of your Study Kit. Your study will begin the day after receipt is confirmed.
Use the device 20 mins a day, 5 days a week, for 12 weeks and complete daily and weekly surveys.
After completing all study requirements, adherent participants will receive a $20 Amazon gift card and access to their individual study data.
Hormonal health symptoms like brain fog, mood changes, fatigue, and sleep disruption affect millions of people during their menstrual cycle, perimenopause, and menopause — yet many find that existing treatments don't fully meet their needs. This study is evaluating the Samphire Guided Care program, which combines a clinician consultation, personalized coaching, app-based symptom tracking, and optional use of the Lutea™ neuromodulation device. We want to understand whether this kind of structured, guided support helps people feel better and perform better at work over 12 weeks.
