This is a 12-week research study looking at a natural, decaffeinated green coffee extract and its role in helping people maintain their weight after losing it while on a GLP-1 agonist medication. Keeping weight off is a real challenge for many people, and this study aims to better understand what may help. If you join, you'll take a daily supplement and complete simple health tracking from home.
You'll take one capsule twice a day before a meal for 12 weeks. Along the way, you'll wear a continuous glucose monitor, use a smart scale, log your meals with photos, collect a few at-home blood spot samples, and complete short surveys about your eating habits, mood, and quality of life. Everything is done from home using your smartphone or desktop computer.
