Participants take a daily supplement for 90 days while we track their health markers through blood tests, wearable devices, and wellness surveys. What's Involved

You'll take a daily supplement powder for 3 months while wearing a Whoop device to track your sleep and recovery. We'll collect simple blood samples at home at the beginning and end of the study, and you'll complete brief surveys about your wellbeing every month. Everything is done remotely through an easy-to-use app.

Complete Screening

Answer health questions online to see if you qualify for the study. This takes about 10-15 minutes.

Start Your Study

Complete baseline surveys, connect your compatible wearable device and study supplement, and collect your first blood sample at home.

Daily Participation

Take your assigned supplement daily, keep your wearable device connected, and complete brief surveys at 30 and 60 days.

Complete Final Assessments

Finish your final surveys and blood collection at day 90, then receive your compensation.

What's Being Studied?

We're measuring how longevity supplements affect key health markers like blood sugar, cholesterol, and inflammation levels. We're also tracking sleep quality, heart rate variability, and how energetic participants feel day-to-day. This research could help us understand how these supplements support healthy aging and metabolic wellness.

Am I eligible?

You may be eligible if you meet the following requirements

Adults between 40 and 65 years old
Generally healthy with no major ongoing medical conditions
BMI between 22 and 32
Feel less energetic compared to 10 years ago
Have stable eating and exercise habits for the past 2 months
Own a smartphone compatible with study apps
Not currently taking diabetes, cholesterol, or metabolism medications
Not taking longevity supplements like NAD precursors, resveratrol, or berberine
No history of heart disease, diabetes requiring insulin, or active cancer
Non-smoker for at least 1 year
Own a compatible wearable device (Whoop, Fitbit, Oura Ring or Apple Watch)
