This research study is testing whether a longevity supplement powder can improve metabolic health, reduce inflammation, and enhance sleep quality in healthy adults. Participants take a daily supplement for 90 days while we track their health markers through blood tests, wearable devices, and wellness surveys. The study is completely remote and designed to fit into your daily routine.
You'll take a daily supplement powder for 3 months while wearing a Whoop device to track your sleep and recovery. We'll collect simple blood samples at home at the beginning and end of the study, and you'll complete brief surveys about your wellbeing every month. Everything is done remotely through an easy-to-use app.

We're also tracking sleep quality, heart rate variability, and how energetic participants feel day-to-day.
