Join our 4-week observational study to explore how daily use of GPDT® PropoLight affects immune health, energy, stress, and overall well-being. Your participation will help researchers better understand how nutritional antioxidants can support immune resilience, recovery, and day-to-day vitality.

Participants will take 4 capsules of GPDT® PropoLight daily with meals for 4 weeks. Throughout the study, you’ll complete short daily surveys on energy, stress, and overall well-being, wear a compatible connected device (such as an Apple Watch, Whoop, or Garmin), and complete two at-home blood spot collections — one at baseline and one at the end of the study.
Complete a short screening questionnaire through our online platform to confirm eligibility for the study. If eligible, you’ll review the study details and sign an electronic consent form through the Alethios platform.
Complete baseline demographics and medical history, confirm your dosing instructions, and begin your daily symptom tracking the next day.
Complete quick daily check-ins about your energy, stress, and well-being, along with validated questionnaires and at-home blood spot collections at the beginning and end of the study.
After completing all study requirements, adherent participants will receive a $50 Amazon gift card and access to their individual study data.
Researchers are evaluating whether GPDT® PropoLight, a naturally derived antioxidant supplement, can support immune function, reduce fatigue, and promote overall well-being in healthy adults. The study will also explore links between daily supplementation, physiological stress markers, and wearable-derived measures like sleep and heart rate variability.
