This is a remote study looking at how a daily dietary supplement may relate to focus, memory, and reaction time in healthy adults who notice mild cognitive challenges. You will take simple online brain assessments and a daily supplement over about five weeks. Your experience can help researchers better understand how this supplement works.
You will start with an assessment day, taking online brain games before and at several points after your first dose in Week 1. Then you will take two capsules once a day for 28 days and complete a quick daily log. At Week 5, you will finish with final online assessments and a short survey about how you felt.
Answer a few quick questions online to see if this study may be a good fit for you. If eligible, you will provide electronic informed consent.
Self-schedule your Acute Assessment Day in Week 1. Take a set of online brain games to measure your baseline, then take your first dose and complete short follow-up tests over the next several hours.
Take two capsules once a day for 28 days from Day 8 to Day 35 and log each dose. Try to keep your testing area quiet for any check-in tasks.
At Week 5, complete your final online assessments and a short survey about your experience to wrap up the study.
The study measures changes in cognitive performance, including word recall, picture recognition, and reaction time, both shortly after taking the supplement and after four weeks of daily use. It also looks at how you rate your own thinking and how well you tolerate the supplement. This helps researchers learn how TH-CF may relate to everyday cognitive function.
