This is a 14-day, fully remote study looking at how healthy adults experience a caffeinated dietary supplement, in their daily routine. Your answers help build real-world evidence about how people describe their energy, focus, mood, and taste when using a product like this. The study is open to adults ages 25 to 59 in the continental United States who already drink caffeine regularly.
You take one serving of an energy product each morning for 14 days and complete short surveys in the Alethios app on Day 1, Day 3, Day 7, and Day 14. The surveys ask about your energy, focus, mood, taste, how the product fits your routine, and your other caffeine intake, and each check-in also asks how often you took the product so the study team can track consistent use. There are no clinic visits, blood draws, or lab tests, and you can report any side effects through the app at any time.
Answer a short screening questionnaire on the study page. If you qualify, create an Alethios account, verify your identity, and sign the consent form electronically through the Alethios platform.
A 14-day supply of the energy product is shipped to you free, and you confirm delivery in the Alethios app. On Day 1, take your first serving in the morning, then complete baseline questionnaires on your health, caffeine habits, sleep, energy, focus, mood, and taste.
Take one serving each morning within one to two hours of waking. On Days 1, 3, 7, and 14, complete short check-ins in the Alethios app about energy, focus, mood, taste, your routine, and your caffeine intake (each stays open for 48 hours).
On Day 14, complete your final surveys on energy, focus, mood, and your overall experience (open for 72 hours). You earn up to $20 in electronic gift cards: $5 at Day 3, $5 at Day 7, and $10 at Day 14.
Caffeinated drinks and powders are widely used, and people often choose them based on how they feel: whether their energy is steady, whether they can focus, and whether they crash later. Less is known about how people describe these experiences over two weeks of daily use in their normal routine. This study tracks self-reported energy, focus, mood, taste, and caffeine habits on Day 1, Day 3, Day 7, and Day 14 using online questionnaires.
