From One Per Quarter to a Full Cohort: What Overwhelming Interest Taught Us

When we launched the Alethios Early-Stage Program, we set out to support one team per quarter — deliberately. We wanted to be thoughtful, hands-on, and genuinely useful to every team we worked with.

What we didn't anticipate was the response.

Applications have come in from across the spectrum of early-stage health innovation: ingredient companies, academic researchers, digital health teams, independent investigators. And the quality of the work people are trying to do — the seriousness of the questions they're asking — made it genuinely difficult to say "not yet" to so many of them.

So we're not going to.

Instead of continuing on a one-per-quarter cadence, we're opening the program to a cohort of companies and individuals who are early in their evidence journey and ready to move. This group spans some of the most active areas of health innovation we're seeing right now — longevity and peptide research, women's health, and beyond.

We'll be featuring each of them on the blog over the coming months: who they are, what they're studying, and what running a first human study actually looks like from the inside.

We think these stories matter. Not just as proof points for Alethios, but as a record of what becomes possible when the barrier to early evidence gets lower.
