Alethios Named a Finalist in the Vitafoods Europe Startup Challenge 2026

We have some exciting news to share.

Alethios has been selected as a finalist for the Vitafoods Europe Startup Challenge 2026 in the category for the Most Innovative Service, Technology, or Digital Solution Supporting the Nutraceutical Industry.

Vitafoods Europe is one of the world's largest nutraceutical trade shows, bringing together over 1,600 exhibiting companies and 30,000 industry stakeholders. The Startup Challenge is its premier competition for early-stage companies bringing genuinely new thinking to health and nutrition — and being selected as a finalist is recognition we're proud to have earned.

We'll be in Barcelona on May 4th and 5th to compete in the final round: first in a closed session with the expert jury, then pitching live on stage at the Vitafoods Insights Theatre at Fira Barcelona.

What makes this especially meaningful is that we'll be doing our company presentation among friends, across categories, from Hofseth BioCare to Oxperial! Seeing the companies that run their human studies on Alethios recognized on the same stage is a reminder of why this work matters. The evidence they've generated is what got them here.

Being named a finalist in this category reflects what we've been building toward — a platform that makes rigorous human research faster, more accessible, and more useful for the companies and researchers working to advance human health. The nutraceutical industry in particular has long faced a gap between promising ingredients and credible human evidence. Alethios was designed to close that gap.
